我想请教您几个有关H4 EAD的问题。

1.    确认一下需要填的表格是I-765。申请H4 EAD是用普通EAD申请表格吧。但instruction里面没有有关H4的内容。
-USCIS probably will update Form I-765 and Instructions soon, and you may just wait until May 26 or later to file I-765 (USCIS will not accept H-4 EAD application until May 26 or later).

2.    需要什么附加材料（我LD的I-140已经批了超过一年，在等排期）

3.    I-765上item16 （eligibilitycategory）写什么呢？”Who May File Form I-765” section of the instruction did not list any information about
the new H4 rule. 还有Item15 填什么。

4.    您建议e file吗？

是否要填G-1145？

5.    邮寄的地址是哪里？eligibility category里没有H4。还是follow “USCIS Phoenix and Dallas Lockbox facilities” depending on where I live?

6.    5月26号开始接受申请，是不是我要确定移民局要在5月26号那一天收到申请。
