移民局最近通知我们，我和我先生的绿卡已被批准，绿卡应在三周内寄来。

由于我母亲生病住院，我已于三天前回到中国照顾母亲。我现在的AP卡将于本月28日失效。在这种情况下，我是否必须在AP失效之前回到美国？可不可以我留在中国，等我先生回国时把我的绿卡带回给我？这样符合规定吗？会不会引起什么麻烦？
-You may just bring your passport and the I-485 approval notice to the local USCIS to get the green card stamp (I-551 stamp) on your passport and then, use this stamp for travel.
