我爸的名 1947 PRINCIPAL   NOT INVOICED

8老师，我又要麻烦您，我查到的状态是这样：
我的名字后面的状态是paid.
我父的名字后面是not invoiced.
这是怎么回事呢？
我替我父亲付了，他的名字后面就应该是paid,对吧？

但是我点击左下角的收据，上面的状态是paid, 所以我就可以继续做下面的步骤了吧？

收据是这样：

Payment Receipts for IV Case 
Status of All Fee Payments

To view specific fee payment details click the Select button. 
If you have questions, or disagree with a payment status contact the NVC.
