是今年一月底的文件 SSA。

但按照 USCIS 规定， 是不是仍然必须等移民局批准了EAD？

-It seems it is grey area. For the safe reason, you had better apply for the EAD to work, and also many employers will ask you to provide the EAD before you start to work. Actually, there is such requirement in the I-765 Instructions (see Part 5. E. on Page 3).
