鉴于我妈的妹妹也70+，我有点担心她的身体状况。我想我们给她申请，但是让她在中国等绿卡是否好些。至少可以看病。

问：如果她在中国等绿卡。我们在这里是否还要提交I-130.

8老师下面说的10年，是指她人到美国来之后，
-It means from the date your mother files the I-130, which takes more than 10 years for the priority date to be current.

我们替她申请绿卡，这样也要等10年吗？
-Same, but it seems impossible for her legally  to stay in US for more than 10 years. So, she has to  apply for the immigration visa in China after > 10 years later.
