请教8老师，我父母2014年1月体检， 5月递交绿卡申请，9月收到notice of potential interview waiver case. 说是pending delay6个月. 今天收到另一封信， 说是移民体检已过期，需重新体检， 包括免疫接种。您说， 这个过程对吗？我以为只要上缴时所有资料都在有效期内就可以了。
-The officer may be confused in his/her mind, but you can not argue with them, anyway, and have to provide what they ask. So, just do it again, but some results of the vaccines may still can be used. Talk to the Dr., and the Dr. knows what items is not needed to re-do.
