去年H1B没抽到。公司同意用CPT工作，然后今年申请H1B.现在已经抽到签.
但是公司因为某些原因，我只干到昨天为止。但是公司跟我说他们跟律师谈过了，律师叫他们不要WITHDRAW H1B直到10月1日。

 现在的问题是：
1）我的夏季CPT是开到8月23日的。而且CPT上的公司名字是刚离开的这家公司。公司说会给我VACATION PAY.那么我是否要跟公司
确认哪天是最后一个PAY DATE?
-Your employment termination date should be listed in the termination letter.

我现在可以找工作，但是我是否要跟学校ISO说不在那儿工作了，还是要等到找到新工作后再换CPT上面的公司名字?
-You need to keep your F-1 status valid no matter when you stop working for your current employer. You don't need to register the course in the summer time, but have to register the full time course in the full semester until you get the new job and do the H-1 transfer after Oct. 1.  If you do not register the full time course in the Fall semester, you may just go to China to get the H-1 visa to come back after you find a job and do the H-1 transfer. Talk to your lawyer, anyway.

2)我申请H1B的职位是SENIOR DATA ANALYST.我再找的工作TRANSFER H1B是否也必须是这个方向。
-No, but have to be related to your degree area/major.
 
3)我是否要跟刚离开的公司讲等到我的新工作的公司TRANSFER H1B后再WITHDRAW？
-Need to talk to them not to withdraw the H-1, at least not do it before Oct. 1..

我觉得是他们没必要WITHDRAW H1B的。
