Thank you! Another question please

In the summary page of ds-260, the beneficiary of principal applicant is on the list. However, it says that the IV FEE is N/A even though we had already paid for the IV fee at the same time when paid for principal applicant's IV FEE. Please, what's wrong with this message? Thanks!
