F4亲属移民，主受益人填DS-260，准备近期预约签证；随从受益人目前在美国F1学生身份，目前不回国，准备申请OPT：

Children section: Is this child immigrating to the U.S. at a later date to join you?
                             YES or NO?
-Say "Yes".

Social Security Number section: Do you want the Social Security Administration to issue a Social Security number and a card?
YES or NO?
关于ssn这个，难道不是移民们都需要ssn吗？应该选yes吧？请老师们解释一下选yes和no都会带来什么问题。
-If you choose "Yes", USCIS will ask SSA Office to issue the SSN to you directly after you enter US using the immigration visa. If you say "No", then you have to  apply for the SSN by yourself after you enter US (you need to go to the local SSA office to apply for it).
