The question is: Her B2 visa has been extended twice. Can I file the extension for the 3rd time? Thanks!
-Then, USCIS may not approve it, but it does not matter because your parents will leave before USCIS to make a decision, anyway. Your parents can legally stay during the case pending, so it will not affect their future B-2 visa application.
