请教老妈妈的出生公证问题

现在我妈妈在美国，我在给她办身份。可她没有中国的出生公证书。而且她这个年纪，父母也早已不在，有姐妹们知道怎么办吗？ 有什么替代的方法解决这个问题，谢谢
