请问各位老师，父母旅游签证入境，等绿卡。但是旅游只有180天期限。
1。是不是只要485的材料交上去，收到485的收据就可以合法在美国了？
-Right. Had better apply for the green card about 3 months later after they entered US.

2。电子收据比邮寄的收据快，是从收到的电子收据那时就可以算吗？
-No electronic filing available for I-130 and I-485.

3。一般材料邮寄出去多久可以收到收据？
-About 3 weeks.
4。用什么邮寄方式最快？
-Overnight Express 

因为我还在等公民面试。如果180天到，我还没有等到公民纸，他们可能要延期b2
-Not necessary. Their overstay does not affect their green card application.


5。b2延期要提前多久开始申请？

7。能不能在公民纸下来前把他们的绿卡申请先邮寄好早拿到收据然后再补寄公民纸，这样争取时间？
