我老公在大学时期入党，12年办H-1B时公司的律师让他做过一个问卷，里面包含了是否党员的问题。当时没考虑就如实填了。但不清楚律师把这些信息用来做什么了，因为印象中申请H-1B没有用到这个信息。现在要交485，才发现这是个多么敏感的话题。很矛盾到底填是还是填不是。填是，会怎样？填不是，又会怎样？老师建议怎么做比较好呢？求老师指导。
