我想给我母亲办移民。现我母亲在中国。我知道我母亲曾在美国逾期滞留，十年不能入境。但我现在想让我母亲过来，她生活的非常不易，国内没有任何直系亲属。像这种情况能来美的机率有多大？需要什么手续？非常感谢！
-I don't see there is any way for your mother to enter US unless the 10-year bar ends. She has to pay the price for her overstay for > one year in US.
