给哥哥和嫂子办移民2002年，现在填写260，没有孩子名字，孩子可能会超过cspa一个月，可以和移民局说说把孩子加上吗？然后广州领事馆决定通过还是不通过。有标准信给移民局吗?
-It seems NVC has found that the child has been age-out, and that is why they did not include the child's name in the case. The child can provide the DS 260 to NVC, but I don't think they will approve it due to the age-out issue.  The procedure is that you provide all the documents to NVC, then NVC will process it and if NVC think the case is good, then they will forward the case to the US Consulate in Guangzhou.

如果加不上孩子的260, 下一步孩子该怎样申请。
-The parent can file I-130 for the child using F2B category after the parent becomes green card holder, but it may take about 7 years.
