1。朋友如果申请成功，她是可以为劳工和孩子办理亲属移民的，对吧？
-Right for the child > 21, but her spouse can apply for the immigration visa together with her to enter US to become a green card holdewr (not need 办理亲属移民).

2。亲属移民类，对孩子的年纪是没有限制的，对吧？
-Right as long as the child does not get the married. If the child wants to get married during the I-130 pending (F2B category), the mother has to be a US citizen before the child get married.
