主副绿卡不同时收到正常吗？

昨天同时收到485approval notice， 今天主申请人收到卡，副的没有。网上状态显示主card delivered, 副case approved. 副申请人approval notice 上写 "prior to receiving your permanent resident card you may be required to report for biometrics processing (photo/fingerprint/signature). Please do not take any action at this time....." 这是所有副申请人的批准件上写的吗？谢谢！
