朋友的孩子来美念书后，在一家小公司training, 有OPT Card，公司每个月给一千块，这个需要缴税吗？
-Need to file the tax return, but not need to pay the Federal and FICA tax if the child is a Chinese citizen based on the US-China Treaty (ask the employer not to withhold the tax and FICA)tax).
