各位老师大家好，想请教大家一个关于B签证转F2签证的问题。谢谢大家了！

我于去年12月份以B2的身份入境美国，今年3月与老公在美国结婚，本想打算在美国境内转F2，但还是不想在以后入境遇到问题，所以打算在6月出境，在境外办理F2。 想问问各位老师：

1.在境外申请F2的程序？
-Similar to the B-2 visa application, but you need to provide your marriage certificate, your spouse F-1 I-20, and the proof of financial support. Ask your spouse to talk to the school International Student Office about this issue.

2.是否在我还在美国的时候办理I20还是出境以后再办理？
-Had better do it within US.

3.在境外办理F2成功的可能性有多高？
-Very high.
4.如果我出境以后马上申请F2，会不会被移民官认为有移民倾向?
-Irrelevant.
