我是2011 年2 月 pd， 2014/3 concurrently file 485 and Eb3 140
今年3月收到485 RFE， 3月中旬USCIS收到我的485 RFE response
4月排期倒退到2011年1月， 我4月初要求relink，无回应。
4月7 收到485 Welcome notice, 是按EB3 类批的
二类本月排期是current（2011-01）.

4月485是按三类批的有问题吗？
-Is your EB-2 I-140 PD current? If yes, the I-485 approval is fine, but the category is wrong (should be EB-2, or EB-3). So, you should go to the local USCIS Office to ask whether you can file I-90 to get the replacement with the correct category.
