如果140approval后公司laid off，过了一段时间公司破产了，那USCIS会不会因为公司破产而revoke

-Normally no, but that I-140 is not useful even if not revoked because you even can not use it to extend your H-1 beyond the 6 year limit. Of course, you still can keep the priority date for your future I-140 even if it is revoked due to 公司破产.
