请问8老师，B2(一年期)签证过期(4月中旬)前一周入境，在海关被要求在美国只停留一周，

在签证到期前回国，再申请一个新的签证。如果这次在美停留时间超过B2签证有效期，下次无法获得新签证。

I-94海关依然给了半年停留时间，到十月初。以前多次在B2签证有效期前入境，都没有被海关盘问。请问8老师，应该按照海关说的，一周内离美，还是可以按I-94时间停留半年?以后签证会有影响吗？多谢
-Just stay in US and leave US just before the I-94 expires. The visa expiration is irrelevant to your legal stay in US, which is determined by the I-94 duration.
