旧的F1 visa 早过期了。现在是B身份，拿到了新I-20，想转回F1 身份。


能否去墨西哥转签证？
-It is risky. You had better go to China to get the F-1 visa, or you may just file I-539 to change your B-2 to F-1 within US (not need to leave US) if you will enroll the school in the late summer semester or fall semester.

即使转不下来也可以用automatic visa revalidation 回美国吧？
-No. If your visa is denied or background check there, you have to go back to China from Mexico directly.
