前一阵子，延期了好几次打指印的schedule。 最后一次打指印的schedule是3/10， 我们于3/3寄出再次要求延期的回信，等了快一个月了， 正要打电话去问， 突然今天刚才收到来信说是因为fail to appear, 所以case 被deny了， 或者30天之内可以reopen。

请问：

1. 我们3/3就（平信）寄出了， 为什么移民局3/10号还没有收到？ 以前， 提前3天寄也收到了，
-Probably USCIS did not approve your request of reschedule. You can not reschedule it again and again to waste USCIS's time.

2.怎么样reopen the case？ 过程， 费用如何？
