我的实际年龄已经超过21周岁了，但是当时缴费时已经交了我的那一份，而且今天收到的email， case里也提及了我的名字和信息。我根据您说的CSPA年龄，到这个网页算了一下http://www.immihelp.com/immigrant-visa/cspa-calculator/，但是不知道是否准确。我不确定approval date是否就是notice date还是receipt date，而且visa bulletin current date我也不确定，希望8老师能帮忙查一下。 谢谢！
-Your CSPA age = your actual age at the time when the priority date is current - the I-130 pending time
Note:
"priority date is current" = 排期到 ;   and I-130 pending time = the I-130 approval date - I-130 receipt date (you can find these two dates on the I-130 approval notice).
