目前收到广州总领馆发来的F4亲属移民确认信，要我们选择文件送达地点和预约签证。现在的问题是，我妈妈人在中国，而我现在正在美国以F1学生身份读书。我的问题是，是否我需要回国和我妈妈一起面签，还是我可以选择在美国面签？对于我这种已经在美国的情况，是否还需要做些什么？
-It seems your mother is the primary beneficiary (i.e. her brother or sister sponsored her green card) and your CSPA age is less than 21, right? If so, you have two choices: 1. go to China to apply for the immigration visa together with your mother to enter US together to become green card holder; 2. just stay in US, and after your mother gets her immigration visa to enter US to become a green card holder, then you can file I-485 within US to get your personal green card.
