生物医学学术机构H1B身份, 自己递的NIW绿卡申请, I-140已于2013年8月批准, 现在在等排期递485, 最近在外州有一个很好的工作机会, 我想请问8老师以下几个问题:

1. 鉴于以上情况, 如果新的工作单位也是学术机构, 且是同一领域, 是否可以换工作?

2. 学术机构的H1B是不是不能转?
-Yes, you can.

新的工作单位可不可以帮忙申请新的H1B?
-The new employer needs to file an H-1 transfer for you and then, you can work for them after the H-1 transfer is filed.

 3.因为本人已经申请过两次H1B延期了, 现在是H1B第六年, 在现在这个单位HR的人说因为I-140已经批准, 只要老板愿意继续雇我, HR就可以一直帮忙延H1B, 直到拿到绿卡,

如果可以换工作, H1B是不是也可以在新的工作单位一直延期到拿到绿卡?
-Right. The H-1 transfer (with the H-1 extension at the same time) can be another three-year term using the approved I-140. Provide the copy of your I-140 approval notice to your new employer for the H-1 transfer petition.
