我父母的 case numbers qualify for email processing, 从 NVC 网站上看到要把所有的 forms, documents, 都在一起递交. 但是从同一个网站的 FAQ里又看到， Affidavit of Support form 一定要邮寄而不能用电子邮件。

 我现在彻底糊涂了，请问各位老师：

是不是作为 petitioner 交了 I-864EZ 以及相关材料以后，applicants 才可以缴费并填写 DS-260 ？如果不是的话，为什么我现在都没法 acess 那个 DS-260 form, 那还怎么把所有材料一起递交 （收到的 cover sheet 也是这样 indicated）?
-NVC should send you instructions and you need to follow the instructions. Contact NVC if you have any question in case you mess up your case 

我现在已交了$120的 AOS fee, 材料也基本准备好了，却没有地方填表申请:)
