上周持旅行签证入境被在护照上注明一个月内离境，刚拿到F2的I20，请问我不出境能转换这种身份吗？
-You had better go to China to get the F-1 visa to come back, in case you may have trouble to get the non-immigration visa in the future because the US Consulate normally is not happy with the people who enter US using B-2 visa and then change B-2 status to another status.
