请教8 老师:Should I send the statement along with support document?

请教8 老师: You suggested me to Send the statement with the DS 260, and may provide the proof of quitting Partly (if she wants to quit it) when she is interviewed. But I just realized that DS260 will be submitted online so I won't be able to attach any document. The next step is to submit support document (Notorized birth certificate and Police certificate). Should I send the statement along with these 2 document? These can be submitted via email attachment.
