背景：我2000年F1来美，2013年拿到公民。父母2014年7月拿到绿卡后回国住了几个月
，刚刚返美。哥哥在国内二线城市公安局，嫂子小学老师，有一个2岁半的儿子。嫂子
一家没有人在美国。两人月收入共7千左右，有一套180平米的房子和三十几万的存款。

考古以后决定说是旅游，而不是探亲去签证。
-It is ridiculous saying. You and your parents live in US as permanent residents, then your brother's family told  the VO that they just visit US as tourists, not visit you, how can the VO be convinced?

 They also needs to tell to the VO that your parents are living in US, not "一般在美国八个月，在中国4个月".

 我所想到可能的方案是：

1. 把孩子加进去，三人一起签；
2. 把嫂子作为主申请人，因为她们家没有任何亲戚在美国。面试的时候也由她来回答；
-There is not 主申请人 for non-immigration visa application. Every applicant is independent.

3. 报个国内的旅行团，有旅行团带去一起签。
--My suggestion to you is that you invite them to visit you and of course, they also can be tourists during their visiting you. Check the US Embassy website for the documents you need to provide. Probably their application may be denied again if they try it too soon (if they apply it again after 6 months, then it may be better), but just try to see what will happen.
