1）H1B Transfer会被Reject吗？
-Possible, but the chance is very low, so you may not need to worry about it.

如果Reject，那能不能Stay with 原来的公司
-Yes.

还是就Out of status 了？

2）是递交了就可以工作了，
-Right.

还是要等Approve Letter收到以后才可以工作？
