1. OPT快结束时拿到新的学校I-20，是否需要要提交COS申请新的F1身份才合法？
-Not need. Just tell your old school International Student Office about your F-1 transfer and then, report to the new school International Student Office, and register the full time courses.

如果得到批准前opt过期就算OUT OF STATUS吗？
-It does not matter.

2. 如果在OPT或F1期间与绿卡持有人结婚，递交I-485申请是否需继续保持原本合法身份到申请批准？
-Yes, but you can not file I-485 until the priority date is current. Also, don't leave US after your spouse files I-130 until you file I-485 and apply for AP.

这个过程大约多久？

3. 如果期间配偶转为公民，应该重新递交新的申请吗？
-No, just upgrade the I-130 and file I-485 (if you have not filed it yet)
