我是TN签证，PERM在Pending （EB２），在考虑下一步如果PERM通过了，是否应递I－１４０申请，如果１４０批准而PD没到，我能否继续工作倘若TN到期？如果必需延期TN，边界移民官会不会给拒绝由于１４０的Pending或批准？谢指点
