８老师答：-It is the USCIS Service Center where your I-130 was filed, such as Texas Service Center, Nebraska Service Center

请问8老师怎么知道是which service center, 我给妈妈是file 130 and 485 concurrently, 寄往Chicago的一个地址。 现在收到的receipt starts with MSC15****. 这是哪一个service center呢？能从收据上找到吗?
-In the bottom of the I-130 receipt, you should find the Service Center.
MSC means "National Benefits Center" in Missouri.  Sometimes USCIS transfer some cases to National Benefits Center for processing.
