我一月中旬给父母递交移民申请书. 已打过指纹. 也同时递交了ADVANCED PAROLE申请. 我父母买了四月中旬的机票. 但到现在还没收到回美证. 请问去移民局当地办公室办加急要预约吗?
-They may go to the local USCIS to apply for the emergency AP. Bring the I-485 receipt and the I-131 receipt.
