巴老师：

我几年前有一个fishing citation,没有arrest,吃一个罚单，120元，我交钱了结，但不知这是否算misdeanour还是infraction(当然不同州不同）? 我是否应该在485表part 3的C1b里填Yes?虽然没有被arrest,但是被fined了， 是否填yes?很困惑。 十分感谢！
-Had better say "Yes" because you were cited, then explain in a piece of paper and provide the related documents such as the copies of the citation, the fine notice and the payment for the fine.
