１。　在给我姐姐递交绿卡申请时，要同时给她女儿递交吗？
-No.

２。　还是，等我姐姐拿到绿卡时，她女儿再申请，是吗？
-Both can apply for the immigration visa at the same time.

３。　递交后，姐姐就不能递交旅游探亲签证了，是吗？（因为有移民倾向了，对吗？）
-Normally it is fine because your sister needs to wait for a long time for the immigration visa application.

４。　如果先申请旅游探亲签证，　然后再递交绿卡申请，是不是就能让我姐姐拿到绿卡前，也能凭签证来美国呢？
-Also fine.
