去年7月初递交的renew申请，7月底按的指纹，然后在绿卡反面给了个sticker，在2015年和4月上打了洞，即延长的有效日期。

最近绿卡renew的process非常慢，前几天查还在process6月底的。

所以，请问：

1.这个有效日期是到四月哪一天呢？

2. 由于家人生病，正好这个时间想回国。能否再去要一个延期的Sticker？
