给父母申请绿卡，等待过程中被告之面试很有可能被waived。返美证早已收到。如果父母现在回中国，

可不可以我收到绿卡后把绿卡带回国。父母下次直接持绿卡入美。

还是在返美证过期前他们必须回进入美国？
