Technically if USCIS find the I-130 filing, probably the OPT application may be denied due to immigration intent. But practically, because you are not being asked to disclose a pending I-130 in the Form 765 application for EAD (OPT), USCIS normally is not strict to check your I-130 filing during the OPT EAD processing, thus very likely USCIS will approve your OPT EAD. So, just try it.
