我父母的I-94到 3月20日就到期了，已经在一月底提交了延期6个月的申请，可能在到期日之前不会收到结果。如果在I-94到期之后收到移民局denial的决定，按理他们应该立刻离境，请问有没有什磨多少天的grace period？总不能当天受到denial的信，当天就去机场吧？
-They can legally stay in US after the B-2 I-94 expires during the B-2 extension pending. There is not grace period, but as long as they leave US within one month after the B-2 extension denial, it should affect their future visa application and reenter US.

还有如果移民局真的拒绝他们的延期，我可能会给他们办绿卡，我是公民。请问假设I-94过期后，从收到denial的信到递交绿卡申请有一两个星期的时间，这段时间他们可以待在美国吗？算合法停留吗？ 另外申请旅游签证延期失败后再立刻申请绿卡，会不会对绿卡申请造成不好的影响？
-If you sponsor their green card application, it will be fine no matter whether the B-2 extension application is approved or denied and no matter whether they illegally stay in US or not.
