他们是探亲来的，一定要帮我们带孩子。听说B2签证帮子女带孩子，即使无报酬也是非法的，不知道对不对。
-Technically, yes; but practically if you do not tell USCIS, they will not check it (actually it is difficult for them to tell it or verify it unless you confess it).
