问题是，一旦我拿到新的TN，是不是HB立刻失效？
-Right.

我能不能在H1B雇主那儿再工作2周？
-No.

如果不行，有什么其他办法可以解决？
-Submit resignation, and work for two weeks first, then get the TN later.
