我父母持有绿卡, 前几年帮他们申请过一次时间为两年期限的回美证, 于是他们回中国呆了将近两年时间后, 回到了美国.

现在能否再申请一次两年期限的回美证? 
-Yes.

我听说针对第二次申请回美证的人, 只能批一年期限的回美证了. 是这样吗?
-It is still two years. Only if you have stayed outside US for  more than 4 of the last 5 years, then the new reentry permit will be valid for one year.

如果是, 移民局网页上有说明吗?
