您的意思是，她不需要在美国延期H4，在中国也不需要再次申请入境visa（因为还在有效期），可以凭我的H1B renew proof notice于8月直接入境，对吧？
-Right, but need to show both of your H-1 approval notices if she comes back before your old H-1 expires, and ask the CBP officer to issue the H-4 I-94 duration to match your new H-1 approval I-94 duration (double check to make sure it before leaving the port of entry).


1. 那么，她入境visa上写的是我目前的petition number，我H1B renewal 会有一个新号码呀，两个号码不一致怎么办？
-It does no matter.

2. 她这次入境时护照上盖章的合法逗留日期是2015年7月30日，是不是她8月再次入境的时候新的盖章会给一个我renewal的到期日，也就是她有一个新的合法逗留期？

3. 如果在美国不办她的H4延期（没有H4 renewal notice），那么她8月入境后在美国的身份证明文件是什么呢？
-It is the new H-4 I-94, the H-4 visa and the entry stamp on the passport just like she comes to US first time.
