老公h1-b, 我h4, 同9月到期，我要回国几个月，去使馆签h4的话，是否等h1-b延期以后签的话有效期比较长？

如h1-b又延期三年，h4也可以签到一个三年多次往返的？
-No. H-4 visa is valid for one year no matter when you apply for it.

是否有逗留期呢？
-If you reenter US using the H-4 visa and your spouse new H-1 extension approval notice, your H-4 I-94 will be the same as the new H-1 approval notice. But if you reenter US before your spouse's H-1 extension approval (e.g. you come back before Sept.), then you have to use his old H-1 approval notice and thus, you have to extend your H-4 within US.
