我们是有目标公司的。可是我们刚刚开始接触，双方都不太了解。合作也就只是一个可能性so far.
１. 我会试着请美国公司邀请。但不能确定美方是否愿意。
-It is just an invitation for visiting or seeking possible cooperation, not need specific agreement. So, it should not be problem to get such as letter. 

２. 我人在美国多年，我绿卡身份。我现在成立一个公司，我发邀请函能行吗？
-Not need to be so complicate.

 ３. 旅游签证怎么办？
-You may invite your friend to visit you.

只能跟旅行团签吗？怎么证明是来旅游呢？在美国只能跟旅行团走吗？或是能自由行动？

如果以上三种都能办，哪种能签成的可能性更大?
