多谢8老师，我忘了说我是作为配偶申请绿卡，主申请人是我先生，是不是还是按照您说的只交最后一次入境以来的文件就行了？

我是身份逾期后，出境，然后重新拿到J2签证回美的，然后在美国境内换H1b（现在的工作）的。
-Then, you do not have any status problem. Just provide the J-2 status proof and your current H-1 status proof. Not need to mention your previous 身份逾期 for the I-485 filing.
