H1B6个月后满6年了，140已批，被通知走人，如果现在找新工作，还能renew H1b吗？
-Yes as long as the employer does not withdraw the approved I-140 (normally most employers do not do that).

还是说一定要在新公司申请perm和140通过后才能重新renew H1B ？谢谢！
